The Lms.exe is a windows service process, it is Intel(R) Management and Security Application Local Management Service, the installed folder is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components\

The uns.exe is a windows service process, it is Intel(R) Management & Security Application User Notification Service, it running dependent on LMS.exe, the installed folder is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components\UNS\
