Question:

I downloaded Axentra QuickConnect and installed it on my vista pc last week, I encountered a problem yesterday, I continuity get a error message “Only one Stora Agent at a time” whenever I run Stora Agent. What should I do?

Answer:

Axentra QuickConnect include a module named HipServAgent.exe, you should end this process from Task Manager, and run Stora Agent again. If you still get the same problem, please do the following steps:

1, uninstall Axentra QuickConnect,

2,download the lastest version of Axentra QuickConnect and reinstalled it.

3, download and install wise pc doctor ,and then run a complete scan. After that go to wisepcdoctor/manager/startup manager and disable Axcentra QuickConnect (HipServAgent.exe).

Run Wise PC Doctor to repair your computer:

1. Install Wise PC Doctor.

2. Click "One-Click Fix", do a complete scan for your computer.
