Please don’t pay for it. Your computer is infected by Trojan.FakeAV according to the description of your computer.
Trojan.FakeAV constantly display fake scan results dialog that threaten the user with nonexistent virus or Trojans infection and prompt the victims to purchase the full version of the software.
