I constantly get system error messages of ArcCon.ac 32 process:

One of them is:

"This application has failed to start because MagUIImage.dll was not found". I reboot my pc several times, this ArcCon.ac system error message appears again and again.

Another error message is:

"ArcCon.ac 32 unable to locate component.
This application has failed to start because Magcpre.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". Everytime I reboot my laptop this error keeps coming up.

How to fix ArcCon.ac system error? Is ArcCon.ac a virus? Please advise….

ArcCon.ac is related to product ArcSoft Connect, it was created by company ArcSoft Inc.. ArcSoft Connect could manage and download updates for ArcSoft software product.If you run ArcSoft product the ArcSoft Connect service will be automatically launched.

The common installed directory of ArcCon.ac is:

%COMMONFILES%\ArcSoft\Connection Service\Bin\ArcCon.ac

 

Please try the following steps to fix ArcCon.ac system error:

A. Download Wise PC Doctor from:

http://www.wisepcdoctor.com/wisepcdoctor_Setup.exe

B. Download the latest version of ArcSoft Connect:

http://download.arcsoft.com/downloads/newupdate/arcconnect/arcconnect.exe

C. Reinstall ArcSoft Connect product. If you want to keep ArcSoft Connect , directly go to F ; if you want to uninstall it , please continue the following step.

D. Open Windows Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7/Vista)

E. Select ArcSoft and click Uninstall.

F. Run Wise PC Doctor to fix the ArcCon.ac related error.

G. Restart your pc.
