I download Auslogics BOOSTSPEED and install it, I want to use this software for the maintenance of the register, when I restate my PC, I encounter an error message of Localizer.dll: An error occurred while loading library Localizer.dll::Localizer. It may have been removed. Please reinstall the application. If the problem persisits, contact technical support. I have cancelled or disabled boostspeed, according to the suggestion of this program, the library Localizer.dll. The computer now sets out very slowly, Internet Explorer occasionally crashes while loading pages and to the start an error message that asks me to install the lacking library appears.
