What is AVGIDSEH.sys? How to fix AVGIDSEH.sys related problems?

I install the latest AVG updates and then my personal computer was restarting, It starts and then it reaches the windows logo loading display screen after which a blue screen jumped up and restarts. It keeps repeating this again and again. I also see AVGIDSEH.SYS just before it crash everytime and it continued to stop responding on AVGIDSEH.sys at startup, And I have tried out restarting my pc using windows safe mode operation however it wont work. I have tried "Last Known Good Configuration" but actually that doesn’t work. So what do I do? How to fix the problems?

The file AVGIDSEH.sys is located:

c: \windows\system32\drivers\AVGIDSEH.sys, It belongs to AVG anti-virus application. In order to fix the problems, please uninstall AVG totally, if you could not uninstall the software because the pc could not reboot,please following the below guidelines:

Step 1) Visit this URL: http://www.avg.com/ww-en/226386 and create a system recovery disc to fix your system.

Step 2) reboot your system from the recovery disc, and then go into the file manager. Follow the same steps as with this post:

but instead of renaming the. dll and. sys files, only navigate to your programs(x86) directory and rename the entire AVG folder to something different.

Step 3) Simply reboot your system, and it should start normally.
