OfficeVirt.exe is a legitimate process, The file OfficeVirt.exe is belongs to Microsoft Office 2010 Suite beta. OfficeVirt.exe is locate in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Virtualization Handler.
